Can I extend the block during the charter?+
Yes. Extensions are one-tap from the app at the locked hourly rate. No surge, no renegotiation, no driver reassignment.
What happens if my plans change last-minute?+
You can re-route, reschedule, or extend live. Cancellations more than 24 hours from pickup are free; inside that window we charge a one-hour minimum.
Do you support EA-booked and corporate billing?+
Yes. Charters can be booked by an EA, billed to a cost center, and used by a different principal. Itemised receipts route to finance automatically.
Which cities do you operate in today?+
New York Metro at launch — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the three primary airports, Westchester and Long Island. National expansion follows on a single standard.
How are chauffeurs selected?+
County-level background checks, motor-vehicle history, continuous monitoring, in-house executive-protocol training, and per-trip principal review. We do not source from rideshare pools.
